• How to order?
To place an order simply follow these simple and easy to understand steps:
1- Choose a category by clicking on one of the buttons on the left of your screen, a choice of products will be available to you, click on the product you want to buy, the photo will grow so you can see it better.
2- Following the description of the product you have a field in which you can enter the quantity of product you want ordered, the default quantity is only one product so if you want more than one must specify it. Then click on the order button.
3- An invoice appears with a partial total of your order (without tax, nor expenses of shipping) then you have the choice to continue the shopping or to pay the invoice. If you have not finished your shopping, click on the button continue if not click on the button to pay the invoice. You probably see a small yellow padlock next to this button, it means that the payment is safe.
4- A page asking you to enter personal data for billing, shipping and payment appears to you, you must fill all the fields (empty squares) that have a small red star on the left side. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, you do not have to re-enter all your details, click copy billing in the delivery and all the information automatically refer to the billing to shipping. Then choose the method of payment and enter the related information. Click on the finish button and you will have a printable invoice with all the information you have just entered.
As soon as you click on the finish button, your order is sent and you can not change anything, before clicking on this button make sure you have completed your purchases. You can make changes to the products you have chosen (remove, add or change the quantity) or continue shopping by clicking on the button back to cart.
• What is the lead time for my order?
The manufacturing time will be indicated in the order validation email.
This time varies depending on the number of items to be manufactured and the designation of the item.
Being of artisanal work, the time indicated in the mail of validation of order is approximate, it can vary of more or less a few days.
Hence the reason or in times of strong activity as Christmas for example it is strongly advised to place an order as soon as possible to allow us to have the necessary time for the good realization of your personalized wooden decorations.
This will prevent everyone from being caught unprepared.
• Which colors to choose for my order?
For all our custom wooden decorations, the color of your decor is at your convenience, according to your taste, your choice!
We make ourselves the colors of our children's wooden decorations based on white acrylic paint and dye.
When ordering, if the item ordered is customizable you will just have to enter in the insert provided for this purpose your different color choices.
You can also send us by email a picture of the desired color.
Good to know: each deco has its color bath, so it is impossible to do exactly the same color.
We will try to get as close as possible.
• I wish to pay for my order by credit card
To pay using the Paypal system, you must choose the payment method '' Payment by Paypal '' in the form '' Information on payment ''. The '' Payment Information '' sheet appears when you have completed your purchases and press the '' Pay Bill '' button.
A message that gives some benefits of using Paypal and the Paypal logo will appear. You will need to click on the '' Finish '' button to continue the payment process by Paypal.
A message will inform you that you are connected to Paypal in a safe way will appear and you will be redirected to the home page of Paypal. From this moment, it is Paypal who takes your payment in charge.
The Paypal home page will appear and you will then have the choice of paying using your Paypal account (if you have one) or paying with your credit card. It is important to know that you do not have to have an account at Paypal to pay your order by credit card. If you do not have an account at Paypal and want to pay with your credit card (without go through a Paypal account), you will need to enter several information:
the credit card number,
and the cryptogram
in the fields provided for this purpose in the Paypal system.
Paypal will check if the credit card is valid.
If you have registered all the necessary information, you will receive a receipt email for payment from paypal with a transaction number.
• I have not received an order confirmation email
Upon receipt of your order and your payment (for paypal) an order validation email is sent to you during the day.
You will also be informed in this e-mail the time of manufacture of your articles as well as additional information on your articles if necessary. (color of the letters, first name in wood, door plate, coat rack ... as well as the exact characters desired if this was not indicated during the validation of order.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us, make sure that your paypal payment has been taken into account.
In this case do not hesitate to send us an email on our mail to this address: email@example.com.
For any request we answer within 24 hours, do not hesitate!
For payments by check, the order confirmation email is sent upon receipt of the latter.
For payment by bank transfer the mail is sent as soon as the transfer has been received.
• I wish to modify my order after validation
After order confirmation it is impossible to modify your order form. (Cf: how to order)
If you want to change the quantity ordered (add or remove) or change the delivery method for example, contact us by email (within 24 hours maximum) we will do the necessary and will take into account your request as far as possible.
• My cart is empty, unable to validate my order with my Iphone, smartphone or tablet.
When you place an order on our shop with a smartphone, tablet or Iphone your shopping cart is empty or the order confirmation is impossible.
A message appears inviting you to put at least 1 item in the cart while you just put them ...
This can happen when your mobile phone operator is continually changing your IP address and our system is no longer able to identify you and your cart is empty when you pay the bill.
We advise you to go through a fixed pc or connect to wifi to order.
It is also likely that cookies are not enabled in your browser.
If you can not order (no connection possible wifi) contact us, we will try to find a solution to your problem.
